Seems like an interesting little meme, and since I have done one of those in a long while, I thought I'd do it.

The list is a bit weird - some of the items on the list are quite common everywhere, and I wonder where the trully challenging dishes are (like Thousand-year eggs). Still, there were a few things on the list which I might just have to see if I can try.
